Personal supports two collaborating users with unlimited tasks/projects, list/board/calendar views, unlimited storage capped at 100MB per file, status updates, integration-based time tracking, and 100+ free integrations.
Starter removes user-seat limits and adds Timeline/Gantt, reporting dashboards, unlimited automations, forms, custom templates and fields, and unlimited free guests. Its Asana AI allowance is 5 requests per user/month up to 50 per account; AI Studio includes 50K credits per billing account/month.
Advanced adds unlimited portfolios, goals, resource management, approvals/proofing, form branching and customization, native time tracking, scaled security, Salesforce/Tableau/Power BI, and unlimited free guest seats. AI Studio includes 75K credits per billing account/month. Enterprise raises account AI requests to 250 and AI Studio credits to 200K, and adds SAML SSO, SCIM, universal resource management, capacity planning, service accounts, view-only licenses, and guest/project-admin controls.
Asana says plans can be cancelled at any time; cancelling before renewal retains paid access through the current period.
