The paid packages are Freelancer at $29/month, Pro at $79/month, Pro Plus at $99/month, and Pro Unlimited at $199/month billed annually or $329/month if billed monthly. Freelancer includes three active projects, 10 GB storage, and up to five users, but excludes multiple tools per project, templates, and time tracking. Pro raises this to eight active projects, 25 GB, and ten users, adding multiple tools and templates. Pro Plus raises it again to twelve active projects, 100 GB, and fifteen users, adding time tracking. Pro Unlimited removes active-project and user limits, provides 1 TB of storage, and includes enhanced admin controls, priority 24/7/365 support, personalized onboarding, customer-run AI agents, ChatGPT/Claude/AI-agent support with full MCP, and extra annual payment methods. Additional storage is one extra 1 TB for $50/month. Archived or deleted projects do not count against active-project totals.
