Billing, cancellation, and no-inference boundaries
All website and product prices are USD only. The yearly control says “save 18%,” and Connecteam explains annual billing as paying the equivalent of 10 monthly uses, or two free months.
The first 30 users are covered by each fixed plan price. From user 31 onward, only the captured per-user monthly rate applies. Adding a seat during a billing cycle is prorated, so you pay only for the remaining portion of the current billing cycle; the next cycle includes its full seat cost.
Every account starts with a 14-day free Expert trial and no credit card. Afterward, a business can subscribe, use the free-for-life Limited plan for teams larger than 10 but fewer than 30 users, or—under 10 employees—use the free-for-life Small Business Plan.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but pre-paid monthly amounts are not refunded. Annual subscriptions receive a prorated refund only when canceled within the first 30 days. Enterprise pricing is custom and is mostly recommended for 201–10,000 employees; no undiscounted renewal, tax, or unlisted Enterprise rate is inferred.
