Figma’s official 2026-10-19 GBP captures list Professional Full seats at £14/month in the annual-selected state or £18/month monthly, Dev seats at £11 or £14, and Collab seats at £3 or £5. Billing, cancellation, and no-inference rules
Only organization admins and billing-group admins can view and manage billing. Professional annual plans charge newly added paid seats as a separate monthly subscription at the monthly price, add them to the next monthly invoice, and prorate them from approval through the current monthly billing term. Organization and Enterprise require admin approval for cost-incurring seats; approved seats are prorated through the annual term and new seats are invoiced quarterly.
Professional plans can be cancelled or downgraded from the Admin Dashboard. Organization and Enterprise cancellation or downgrade requires Sales. Products cannot be purchased individually, and paid viewers/commenters do not need extra seats but receive only basic Dev Mode inspection.
