Trial, billing, discounts, and no-inference rules
Yearly billing is labelled “Save 10%.” The 14-day premium-feature trial requires no credit card; data remains after trial, but premium features require an upgrade.
Billing counts active subscribers cumulatively during each cycle, including anyone active at any point even if later deleted. Unsubscribed and bounced addresses do not count. Paid accounts automatically rise a tier when the active-subscriber limit is exceeded.
Nonprofits can receive 30% off paid plans after documented approval, but only one discount can apply at a time. Taxes, checkout totals, overage email rates, and Enterprise pricing are not shown and are not inferred.
