Credits pay for the Tella Agent (beta AI editor that makes edits from a chat); each plan's allowance is per user each month, pooled across the workspace, and unused credits expire at the end of the month.
One-time credit top-ups run from 25,000 credits for $25 up to 2,500,000 credits for $2,250 with up to 10% off larger amounts; purchased credits never expire and are used only once the monthly allowance runs out. The same amounts are available as a monthly top-up.
SSO/SAML and SCIM are add-ons on any paid plan and included with Enterprise; free trials do not include credits.
SOC 2 Type II compliance applies on every plan; the report is available to Enterprise customers under NDA. Education (Tella for Education) and nonprofit (Tella for Good) discount programs exist.
Subscriptions stop at the end of the current billing period on cancellation.
