Captured billing and plan-change rules

The Free plan can remain free forever with no monthly fee and can buy labels up to included limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on the same day; after a 14-day free trial, the subscription plus applicable taxes is charged on the first day of each later cycle.
Advanced API access is included on all plans, but the Free plan has no included advanced API calls and operates pay-as-you-go. On Plus and above, overage fees apply only after the plan’s included calls are exceeded.
Upgrades are prorated for the remaining period; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Easyship states there are no hidden fees—total costs are subscription plus postage and insurance—and a funded crowdfunding campaign can have its subscription waived until initial backers have shipped.
