Phone-number and messaging boundaries
Every plan includes one new or ported local or toll-free phone number per user. Additional numbers cost $5/month each. US and Canadian calling and messaging are advertised as unlimited subject to the Fair Usage Policy.
Messaging registration adds third-party carrier boundaries: The Campaign Registry charges a one-time $19.50 review fee and a $1.50–$3 monthly messaging fee. International calling and messaging is an add-on charged by destination-specific per-minute and per-message rates. Automated SMS through the API, Zapier, or Make costs $0.01 per outgoing text message.
Trial, billing, and account boundaries
Quo offers a 7-day risk-free trial that can be canceled anytime; the company says it will remind the customer before it ends. The captured page shows Monthly and Yearly controls with “Yearly Pay less,” but only the yearly card prices and annual totals are exposed. Alternate monthly prices are neither shown nor calculated.
All prices are in USD, with applicable taxes and fees added at checkout. Cancellation keeps the subscription active through the current billing cycle; numbers are then saved for 60 days, after which they are removed from the workspace.
