Beginner includes five personal projects, Smart Quick Add, task reminders, list/board layouts, three filter views, one week activity history, integrations, Ramble, 5 MB uploads, and four themes. Pro raises projects to 300, uploads to 100 MB, filters to 150, and themes to eight, adding calendar layout, task duration, custom reminders, full reporting history/backups, Task Assist, deadlines, unlimited Ramble, and 90+ integrations.
Business includes Pro for every member and adds a shared team workspace, up to 500 team projects, team-project calendar layout, granular activity logs, shared templates, 1,000 team members/guests, team folders, roles/permissions, and centralized billing.
