Wrike’s official 2026-10-21 capture lists Free at $0, Team at $10/user/month, and Business at $25/user/month, with Pinnacle and Apex using custom pricing. Amounts are priced monthly and billed on an annual per-user basis; the new-purchase pricing applies on or after January 21, 2026.

Pricing and no-inference rules
Wrike lists Free at $0/user/month, Team at $10/user/month, and Business at $25/user/month. Pinnacle and Apex use contact-sales pricing. The displayed amounts are priced per month and billed on an annual per-user basis.
Team supports 2–15 users and adds AI Essentials, shareable dashboards, and interactive Gantt charts. Business supports 5–200 users and adds AI Elite starter actions, workspace templatization, and standard integrations.
Pinnacle adds 3x AI Elite actions/month, advanced resource and capacity planning, role management, custom user fields, time tracking, budgeting with bill/cost rates and billable hours, and advanced reporting/BI with forecasting. Apex adds 10x AI Elite actions/month, unlimited Whiteboards, Wrike Integrate, and Wrike Sync.
Premium add-ons are included with Apex except Wrike Lock and the AI Elite actions pack. Wrike Whiteboard is $15/user/month; Wrike Integrate, Two-Way Sync, Datahub, Wrike Lock, and AI Elite action packs use custom pricing. Two-Way Sync supports 22 integrated systems including Jira and GitHub.
